CityGraphics wants you to be completely satisfied with your order. We guarantee a high quality product at a competitive price, delivered on time and with the highest level of customer service. If we fail to follow your written instructions, or your job has defects in workmanship or materials within our control, email or phone us within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Upon receipt of returned merchandise, CityGraphics will, at our discretion, refund your money or reprint your order from your original file. We guarantee you will be delighted with our services. We will complete your project in accordance with industry standards for color and registration. Since monitor calibrations vary, we cannot guarantee your product will match your monitor or personal printer. We run uniform ink levels to a "pleasing color" standard. This guarantee does not cover customer errors, such as poor photographs, low resolutuion, missing fonts, hidden files, improper file formats, page layout, RGB files on blended PMS matches, mailing regulation compliance, etc. You are 100% responsible for the accuracy of all submitted work and verification of your proof. Please review it carefully. CityGraphics will not be held responsible for failure to meet expected deadlines due to improper file composition, last minute changes or delays in shipping. Accuracy of Files. All submitted artwork (files) are considered to be accurate. As a courtesy, we will notify you of any errors detected during preflight, and you will be given the option to have us repair the file or place it on hold until you resubmit your corrected artwork. Properties of Files. CityGraphics requires all submitted property, including any property that may be, or contain copyrighted material, be so identified, and that the person(s) or their agents who submit such material possess letter(s) of permission or ownership of said copyright. It is further understood that CityGraphics and CityGraphicsOnline will not be held responsible for the content. or use of any item that it processes. Furthermore, CityGraphics has the express permission to preproduce/use any properties submitted for printing in any manner it deems appropriate. Cancelling An Order. There is no charge for orders cancelled prior to CityGraphics sending a proof. If a proof has been sent and the order is cancelled, there will be a charge of $35 and 5% of the order total as a cancellation fee. Refunds will not be given if an order is cancelled after the customer has approved the proof, since the order is in pre-press production. Production Schedules. There will not be penalties for delays due to state of war, civil disorder, accidents, actions of government, acts of God or other causes beyond the control of CityGraphics. Payment. No charges will be made to your credit card until production begins. At that time, a non-refundable $100 charge will be made to your credit card. Upon your approval to print, the remaining balance of your order will be billed. A third charge of the exact shipping charges will be made once that cost is determined. |
